Knee Injuries
I have pain below the inner side of my knee. How is pes anserine bursitis treated?

Doctor’s answer
Once diagnosed, most cases are managed non-surgically, including reducing activities that trigger pain, adjusting training plans, and improving lower limb flexibility and strength, with short-term pain relief if needed. Persistent symptoms may warrant local injection discussion, but should first be differentiated from meniscal, ligament, and bony issues.
